Ohmvo is a European manufacturer specialising in high-performance flexible silicone heating solutions. Manufacturing takes place in an ISO 9001:2015-certified plant in Spain, with capability for 100% custom design and manufacturing for each application.
Our heating mats use etched-foil technology (printed circuit) that outperforms traditional wire-wound heaters. The thermal range goes from -60°C in cryogenic applications up to +270°C in special configurations, with power densities of up to 4 W/cm².
Each product is designed to solve a specific problem: uniform heating, integration in composites, EMI protection, or thermal management of electronic components. EN 45545-2 HL3 certification allows us to operate in the demanding European railway sector.
Flexible industrial heating relies on mastering two variables: heating-element design and silicone-compound formulation. Ohmvo integrates both capabilities with proprietary conductive-silicone technology and advanced manufacturing processes.
All products are manufactured with high-quality silicone that delivers improved thermal conductivity (1 W/m·K), chemical resistance and dimensional stability. The printed-circuit (etched-foil) heating element provides uniform thermal distribution with no hot spots.
