Insulation and Separation for Solar Cables
Polyester (PET) film provides dielectric insulation between layers of the photovoltaic cable with dielectric strength up to 16.9 kV and excellent UV and thermal-cycling resistance. Non-woven polyester (NWP) acts as separator between components, eases stripping and improves extrusion.

AL/PET laminates for cables near inverters
Photovoltaic inverters generate electromagnetic interference that can affect nearby data and signal cables. The AL/PET laminate provides an effective shield. Available in lubricated version for high-speed helical taping.
Water Blocking
Water-blocking tapes and aluminium-copolymer for buried installations
Buried photovoltaic cables require protection against water ingress. Water-blocking tapes block the longitudinal advance of water. Aluminium-copolymer provides a radial hermetic barrier. Combined, they ensure full protection.

Slitting up to 1200 mm width with ±0.50 mm tolerance. Spooling in TWS, STS or custom customer specifications. OR64 material processed to specification or toll processing on customer material. 24-48h delivery in mainland Spain for stock items.
