Cables in food-industry plants — food processors, wineries, dairies, slaughterhouses, packaging lines — operate under pressure-washing cycles, permanent humidity and disinfection chemicals. Chemically Stable PET Film
Polyester (PET) film provides dielectric insulation between cable layers with excellent chemical stability against moisture, water and cleaning agents. It retains its properties under permanent humidity. High dielectric strength (up to 16.9 kV), tensile strength and dimensional stability. Available in multiple thicknesses and finishes.
Non-Woven Polyester for Separation
Separator between components with thermal stability
Non-woven polyester (NWP) acts as a separator between cable components, eases stripping during installation and improves extrusion. It retains its properties under humidity. Short-term thermal stability up to 230°C. Natural white colour.
Custom Slitting and Spooling
Slitting up to 1200 mm width with ±0.50 mm tolerance. Spooling in TWS, STS or custom customer specifications. OR64 material processed to specification or toll processing on customer material. Delivery in pad or spool format to suit the production line.
